GAP - "Stella has created a collection for boys and girls from 0-6 months to 13 years that captures the essence of a perfect childhood summer wardrobe. In her own words, "For this second collection I wanted to design pieces that ensure your child looks like an individual with their own style statement, a mixture of simple minimal styles and more detailed pieces to create a summer wardrobe for all your kids' needs.""
Monday 29th March marks the launch of Stella McCartney's eagerly awaited second collection for Gap Kids.
There will be a handful of preview events in London & Paris promoting Stella's new spring line, beginning with next Monday's 'breakfast preview' at Gap's flagship London store in Oxford Street for 100 members of Mumsnet.com.
Gap are hoping for a repeat of the success of Stella's first collection for Gap Kids back in November last year. Stock literally flew off the shelves, and limited quantities meant that the most popular items (the Miller jacket, hooded cashmere jumper, and girl's tutu skirt) sold out within days.
Here are a few of my favourite items from the new collection:

This stunning purple dress is from Gap Kid's Marrakesh line. Paired with a pink, not purple, cropped cardigan to add subtle colour variation. Some pink gladiator sandals from Mini Boden finish off the look.
